Sunneuv Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sunneuv app, website, subscriptions, and related services. By using Sunneuv, you agree to these terms.
Sunneuv Service
Sunneuv provides UV index and weather information, estimated sunburn and vitamin D timing, sun-exposure tracking, and related reminders. Features may vary by location, device, weather-data availability, and your selected settings.
Health and Safety Notice
Sunneuv provides general informational estimates and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. UV conditions and individual responses can change quickly. Use appropriate sun protection, follow official health guidance, and consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical concerns.
Subscriptions and Free Trials
Sunneuv+ subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. A free trial, when offered, automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Acceptable Use
You may use Sunneuv only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse alerts or APIs, reverse engineer protected service components, or use Sunneuv in a way that harms others or our systems.
Third-Party Services
Sunneuv relies on third-party services such as Apple WeatherKit, Apple HealthKit, Apple Push Notification service, Apple in-app purchases, Open-Meteo, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, comply with law, or respond to third-party service changes. We do not guarantee that Sunneuv will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunneuv is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for decisions made solely from estimated UV, weather, sunburn, or vitamin D information, or for losses caused by inaccurate third-party data, connectivity failures, notification delays, or misuse of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Sunneuv at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, prevent misuse, comply with law, or maintain service security. Subscription cancellation and refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
